(well thats what fitday.com told me. does anyone know if those calories burned numbers are accurate on fitday?) am i burning enough calories to lose a lb a week? i'm just curious about your opinions on how i'm doing! i realllllllllly want to be able to wear a bikini this summer. i'm sure you all know how i feel! i'd appreciate some opinions. thanks guys! this site is really helping me.

Same with the calorie counters on exercise machines. There are way to many factors. Like how much fat you have vs. muscle. It just gives you a vague idea of how you are doing.
Reply from kye, Age 17 - 03/11/07 - IP#: 68.158.1.xxx you might even burn more that a pound this week but you will def. burn atleast a pound. just subtract the amount of calories you eat from the amount of calories you burned and that should be how much your net burn is and then when you have burned 3,500 you have burned a whole pound off. me and you are about the same size. do you want to be diet buddies?
