Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 187 lb, Goal: 125 lb - This is what I had for eat today. For breakfast toaster strudle and 2 small pieces of ham and milk. For lunch 1 chicken leg, like 4 bites out of mashed potaotes and gravy, green beans, and butter and jelly on a biscite, and water. For supper a sandwhich, and a 100 cal pak and water. For exercises 5 min treadmill, 100 crunchs on ball, 30 ball roll up, 20 planks, 12 triceps dip, about an hour pulling wallpaper off it causes a lot of standing, 15 two way crunch, and much more. Toaster studels are bad for you. Pork is awful for you, the worst meat there is for you. Try to only eat red meat 1-2 times a week. But really, elimanate pork- pigs are soooo adorable! & also, get a lot of fruits and veggies...you didn't...so I'd say you did bad on eating but good job with excercise....Do better tomorrow.

Up your tredmill run to about 30 minutes even if some of it or most of it is only a walk. Get more cardio and you will lose weight faster. You can do it!!

a lot of your exercise focused on toning. if you want to lose weight, focus on cardio.
