And i'm already late to school the first day, go figure ;)Plus I didn't really weigh in this morning and I don't think I wanna know, But i'm pretty excited for this week, wed i got to our capital to have lunch with the governor and then no school friday then i go outta town with a bunch of my friends thru the weekend thru tues so Yay! And i'm pretty motivated for this week cuz next week a lot of my friends are coming home for spring break and i wanna look good when they see me ya know? Well here's the plan for today (Breakfast) Watermelon and Grapes (Lunch) Turkey and cheese sandwich and yogurt (Snack) 2 cups of white popcorn (Dinner) i don't know yet Then I'm gonna hopefully get a good lift in here then I'll go to the gym after school and prob do eliptical for an hour then just strength training....Not too exciting, well good luck everybody I gotta feeling today is gonna be a good day!
Reply from kelly, Age 17 - 03/12/07 - IP#: 71.8.231.xxx haha, idk why keshia thinks you did badly.. you should add a bit of protein to your breakfast, like an egg, or yogurt/cottage cheese. high carb really isnt the way to go for kickstarting metabolism, the best way to do that is to work out before breakfast. Make sure you eat atleast 1300 calories to be healthy.

Reply from Keisha, Age 16 - 03/12/07 - IP#: 71.146.114.xxx Your breakfast is not good and neither is your dinner. Your breakfast should be high carb to ki kickstart your metabolism. Your lunch should be more protein and your dinner should just be veggies and maybe soup.
