Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 187 lb, Goal: 125 lb - urh now I can't get past 187. This is what I had today. For breakfast 3/4 cup of cereal and milk and water. For lunch half a sandwhich and 3 small pieces of ham, water, 150 cal fiber bar. For supper a small hamburger with ketchup and pickles. For exercses 20 30 min basketball 30 min standing around. and many more. I think I had like 1200 calories today. Is that enough or should I eat more. And How did I do today

thats pretty good if thats 1200 calories, thats good for the day
