Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 187 lb, Goal: 125 lb - This is what I had roday. For breakfast cereal and water. For lunch half a sandwhich, water, 100 cal pak, 150 cal fiber bar. For supper a salad some french fries, and one chicken mcnugget and water. For exercse 20 min basketball, 15 min baksetball, 30 min softball and many more. I had about 1200 to 1500 calories. So How did I do

OMG....u worked out so much...lol i didnt read what u ate i just skipped to the workouts....ill go read wut u ate now
