This is what I ate today. 3/4 cup of cereal 1/2 cup of milk and water. For lucnh 1/2 a sandwhich, 150 cal fiber bar. 100 cal pak and water. For supper 10 piece chicken mcnuggets and 3 peices of french fries and water. For exercses 30 min basketball, 15 min double dutch I didn't jump for 15 min in a row though. and exercsises here at home. Do you think im starving my self and How did I do
Reply from jill, Age 16 - 03/17/07 - IP#: 68.4.96.xxx you did good during the beginning of the day. the 3 french fries werent so bad but the 10 piece nuggets kinda ruined it(420 cals 24 grams of fat) you shouldnt have more than 10 grams of fat a day. if you really want mccdonalds try getting the salad or lowering your portions to 4 piece nuggets instead(170 10 grams of fat). and you really arent starving yourself. you're eating was pretty good!

But DONOT ever starve yourself!you shuld eat more though like for breakfast have a cup of cereal then have a snack in about 3 hours then eat a brown bread sandwich or pasta for lunch then in 3 hours have a little snack eg.carrots,cucumber,yougart sumthing like that then have supper in 3 hours you will not get fat like that I SWEAR I will be angry if you starve urself Cumon girl

That way you can eat more for the same amount of calories, and it's more healthy. Also throw in a couple of low calorie snacks in between like dinner or after dinner or something. These can be like carrots with dip, or pretzels or something. That'll keep the metabolism running at its peak performance making it easier for you to lose weight. Good luck!
