Lunch: 3 cups of 'blue menu' or 'healthier choice' popcorn + 1 cup of coffee with cream and sugar. There is no food in my house right now so i know these meals arent very good but ah well groceries today so i should have a yummy veggie filled dinner :)

Besides, a single cup has over 100 chemicals in it. Personally, I don't see the point in pointing so much crap into my body. And I have had soccer/track coaches tell me to not to consume caffeine because it will hurt my performance. So it can't really be good.
