Ht. 5'1", Start: 135 lb, Today: 135 lb, Goal: 110 lb - Okay...
Today, I had a twix bar, 5 skittles, 3 pieces of pizza, half a can of coke, a bottle of apple juice, and 2-3 glasses of milk...I think that was pretty bad. I didn't do gym today because I've been sick. But, I did manage to do 24 X-Crunches, and 24 of these other things...I forget what they're called. I don't know. It helps tighten up your abs. I'll get better eventually. I think I'm gonna start the jump roping thing...How did I do?

I'm not really 135...They wouldn't let me post my real weight because they said I was in the healthy range. I'm really only 120...

Your food was horrible but and you need to do cardio over toneing if you want to make your goal weight. In better news today is only one day out of a week and if you do good the rest of the week eating healthy and getting plenty of cardio with some toning you should lose some weight. you can do it.
