Breakfast: Apple Juice && 1 cup of cereal && skim milk
Lunch: Turkey Sandwich && pear && water && green beans
Snack: Sun Chips
Dinner: Chicken && water && peas && carrots
Did I do good today?? I dont know if I did or didn't, seemed like a little overboard to me... any comments about this??
