Ht. 5'2", Start: 161 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 125 lb - guy i'm going to break down any second. all my life i was always the chubby fat one, i for once want to feel good about myself.. to wear a bikini this summer at the beach and not be scared to walk around without a towel around my body. i'm desperate for help. what should i eat and what should i do to work out. please respond i'm crying i'm so upset. i just want to feel beautiful for once....please help me out. i want to be comfortable in my own skin.

I know how it feels. You'll get through it, I promise. You just have to work hard. It's possible. Your goal is not that far away. Just walk a lot/run sometimes. You can do it!

hey! i can tell you one thing, you are not THAT overweight. there is so much worse. i looked up in google for fun, wondering what the heighest weight was for anyone in the world: about 1400 pounds! yeah! thats what i said. i have always been the chubby one also. i have been discouraged ever since i was in 1st grade. i told one guy in my 1st grade class that i wanted to be a ballerina, and he told me i was too fat. i am only 25 pounds overweight now, but i worked on it all summer~ i do have that goal of a binkini at the beach, and have a flat stomach. that is what i want, that is what i think of when doing that excercise. best wishes, and by the way: looking at your weight again, there is worse! so just take a simple walk for a half an hour! do it with a neighboor or friend or maybe sibling. best of luck, best wishes

27 pounds to your goal divided by 2 pounds a week is about 14 week if your doing really good. So eat healthy and in small portions. What satisfiys you not what makes you full. Then work out when you get the chance. Get 30-60 minutes are cardio a day. Then once you get closer to your goal add more toneing along with the cardio and you will be able to wear a bikini and feel good. I know I do.
