Ht. 5'2", Start: 140 lb, Today: 133 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Wow I was pretty good today!! I had Quaker WeightControl Oatmeal,-snack: 100cal pack of chocolate goodies & a granola bar.-Dinner: 2/3 cup of chile and 1/2 cup of clam chowder.-Dessert-Brownie.-EXERCISE!!~ I ran 1.25mile. Did 40crunches, 40 (20lb) bicep and back muscle (name??) lifts. WOO I feel sooooo good. :] :] :] :]

good job!...i know the feeling..it's like a high =D(not that i know what that feels like lol) i used 2 only be able 2 run about 1.5 miles nonstop and hated running..now i can run about 3 miles nonstop nd i love running =D In softball whenever we have 2 run, everyone complains nd i'm just like whatever nd finish 1st all the time. Running is a good time 4 me 2 think about things nd feels good 2 me...soo keep working hard!
