I wanted to know how much you guys exercise on a daily basis? I work out 30 minutes in the morning on my fastrak, and then I take my dog for a 1 hour walk when I get home from school. Do you think this is enough? Also, when did your loss start to slow down? I used to lose 2 pounds weekly and now I just randomly lose weight every other week. Sometimes it's 2, sometimes 4, and like last week it was 5.
Reply from andrea, Age 16 - 03/22/07 - IP#: 66.69.146.xxx idk how much is enough..but i get enogh w/ my 2.5 hr softball practice..so i don'y really have 2 worry much about exercising except on weekends. Whenever i lost weight i lost a whole lot in the 1st month, hit a plateau and then lost some more nd w/i 3 1/5 months i lost over 35 lbs..so idk

Reply from Rachel, Age 16 - 03/22/07 - IP#: 66.66.85.xxx I've been walking home a lot from school lately with my friends because the weather is finally starting to get nicer. It takes me about 45 minutes, it's about 2.5 - 3 miles. If I can't do that, I try to do some crunches and such at home.
