Ht. 5'7", Start: 166 lb, Today: 164 lb, Goal: 140 lb - 20 lbs is my goal...here is a simple routine I hope will work. 1 hour elliptical mon -fri...and then just 1/2 treadmill sat and sun. for dieting ugh!!! HELP...i have no clue how to eat right

Don't eat more then 350 calories at one serving unless it's really worth it.

that sounds like great cardio! eating right is really hard though. try not to eat health foods you dont like or youll end up binging. find some fruits, veggies, and organic snakcks that you love and keep them as staples. Good luck! i hope to see you on here often!
