Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - before i say how much i want to lose by this date, how much do you think i could lose by july if i do this: jog for 30 minutes, 5x a week, 100 crunches a day(i know that doesnt help weight loss, but if i do lose the weight i would like to be toned), a random exercise every day for at least 10 minutes(jump rope, jumping jacks, walking), and eating about 1500 calories a day. I am very curious about what you think i could lose in the next few months with that routine. Thanks!

Why are you asking us? You know your body way better than any of us. There are way too many variables involved that no one here can predict. How much fat vs muscle do you have? Do you tend to lose weight fast or slow? Do you plan on increasing your exercise if you reach a plateau? And remember, it's not just about calories. What are they coming from? A banana with 200 calories and a candy bar with 200 calories are going to have different effects on your body. With at least two hours of exercise a day, and eating really healthy, I am pretty happy with losing a pound every other week. On the other hand, other people on here lose five pounds a week by adding in a half hour walk. It really does depend.
