Ht. 5'4", Start: 150 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 115 lb - I have a tough time losing weight and motivating myself for exercise. Also, I do great on my diet during the day, but as soon as i get home from school, I just can't stop eating! how can i curb my appetite, and what snacks are best? I'm trying to stay away from junk foods and chips and stuff and eat healthy, but healthy food is soooo boring! ahh! help!!

Exact same problem. I find that when I crave junk food I actually crave a certain flavor. Like when I crave fried chicken, I actually only want something salty, so I'll have crackers or soup instead. If you crave ice cream and cookies when you get home try gettting some soy crisps or having some yogurt. Good luck!

i have the exact same problem as you. while i am at school, i am fine but when i get home from school i just can't stop eating. my suggestion would be to either walk with someone everyday, or go to the gym everyday so at least when you eat a lot after school, you can burn off some of the things you ate while at the gym. don't life heavey weights though, just use the treadmills and the bikes (i burnt 100 calories on the bike at the gym i go to in 12 mins)
