Ht. 5'3", Start: 158 lb, Today: 142 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Ok for the last week and a half I was major sick with mono and had no appitite nor could I swallow anything. I ended up in the hostpital on an IV. Now that I'm better my appitite is back in full force and I'm not supost to do any physical activities. My mom said I can work on the elliptical but not long enough to work up a sweat. If I'm not working out I need to controll my food so I can get to a healthy weight. I'm so close and I don't want to mess it up by pigging out on very unhealthy foods when I have all the healthy food I could want avalible to me. What can I do to say no to the junk and get back on track. Also if it's 3:30pm and I don't eat again untill tomorrow morning that isn't really starving myself as long as I don't get hungry is it? I mean I will eat in the morning just right now I feel like if I don't eat and work out a little on the elliptical that hopefully I won't be gaining weight. Anyways I NEED tips bad for not over eating jumk. I'm so close to being healthy. 135 is a healthy weight for my height. I need to get there it's only 7 pounds away!!

The other girls gave you some great tips. You're doing amazing, keep it up, just think of how happy you are going to be...only 7 pounds until you're at a healthy weight, that is amazing!!! Keep it up! You can do it!

i eat popcorn..the 98% fat free mini bags are awesome..i love them!..i always put popcorn salt on it though..which i know isn't good cause i have high blood pressure

Yogurt is a good idea for sweets...what about salty?? I don't know what to have for salty. I've been craving what we call a (calorie cracker) at my house. It's a ritz cracker with LOTS of PB and cream cheese with another Ritz cracker on top. I have had like 5 of these in the last 2 days and I know there at least 200 calories a piece plus the extra spoon of cream cheese and PB I eat every time I have one. I just can't put the weight I've lost so far back on. I need to work my way down on the scale. I have my next weigh in the day before I go back to school that going to be April 8th...lets hope I can do it.

Hmmm well I would just stay away from junk food all together. Usually when you want junk food your craving a certain flavor. Like when I crave fried chicken, I find that I'm really craving the saltiness so I have some saltines. If your craving cookies and ice cream try having something else that's sweet like yogurt to curb your cravings. Good luck!
