Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I haven't posted on here in a while. Anyways, I'd like some feedback on how I did today. Breakfast: Total whole-wheat cereal w/1% milk & a banana; Lunch: 1/2 wheat pita w/turkey,swiss cheese,avacado,tomato,olives,lettuce,mustard & also a few carrots; Snack: sugar-free chocolate mint jello; Dinner: Lean Cuisine meal-chicken fettichini alfredo & strawberries & 1% milk; Total Calories= about 1,215. Excercise: 20 minute walk & 15 minute bike ride; How'd I do? Let me know.

Awesome!!!! My favorite thing had to be your sandwhich. Whole wheat pita, turkey, and lots of veggies. Congrats and keep up the good work.

Looks pretty good to me. Try for a little more cardio to get your heart rate up and burn those calories!!
