Ht. 5'4", Start: 280 lb, Today: 270 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Well I lost 10IBS but as u can see I have a loooooong way to go. So my short term goal is every 40IBS. I'mma use it as a one step closer to my Long term goal. I think if a lot of people did short term goals, that lead u to the longer term goal, things would be a lot easier. Dont think about...ahhh I gotta lose 50IBS!! Focus on 15IBS at a time. Before u know it you'll be 50IBS lighter.Good luck!

Great job with that. I also use short term goals. It helped me to lose 55 pounds. That 10 pounds will lead to 20, 30, 40, 50, etc. in what seems like no time. Keep up the great work!
