I think it's a good idea but maybe not? Also, I am so confused about granola bars! I thought they were healthy so I got 4 of them from a gas station and I read the nutrition facts and they don't seem healthy- they are sugary and stuff...

Anyway, I think it is a great idea to have a small snack like that everyday. Give yourself something with 150 calories for the whole day. I used to have a 1/2 cup of fat free sherbet everyday, and then I just quit having it because I lost the sugar craving. It helped me stay on track though.
Reply from Nichole, Age 15 - 03/27/07 - IP#: 69.81.77.xxx I think it's a good idea to have a small treat every day. It keeps me from bingeing on stuff that i don't really like. I set aside 150 calories every day for sweets-either have one average dessert or several small treats throughout the day.br about the granola bars- yeah, they seem like they'd be healthy, but they're usually full of sugar and fat and high in calories. YOu can get more "natural" ones that are a bit healthier, but they're still high in cals, so don't overdo it.br Hope that helps! =)
