My goal keeps looking farther and farther aaway for me and i feel like i'll never make it by july. :( what should i do please help me. i'm in a rut. and i dont know what to do.....

If you are stressed/mad/upset take a quick run. I'm not a fan of running, but just a 2 minute run and I'm not stressed anymore. It really works. Also, don't forget about how far you've come. You can do this, you just have to let the food know that you're the smart one and not it. Just keep your goal in mind, and when you want to eat that bad food, go exercise for a little instead. Reply from kim, Age 16 - 03/28/07 - IP#: 71.244.230.xxx ok dont get upset about it you should make it by july if you watch portion size and not eat alot of junk food and also do cardio jump roping is a great idea and if you want to treat yourself to a snack everyday to keep from binging set aside about 150-200 calories a day for a snack either 1 snack or use it for a couple different snacks throughout the day GoodLuck
