Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - oh geez i thought i was doing good today until i got home from school. I had a small bowl of cereal, half a pb&j on wheat, a small ziploc bag of chex, i jogged for 1/2 hour during my study hall and then....brownie and milkshake. at least there was only about 3 inches in the glass though. how can i avoid eating crappy when i get home?! everyday it happens! erghhhhh
p.s.- my current weight is 145(down 5 lbs!) it just wont let me put it up.

I have the same problem what I do is ask myself do i really want this or am i hungry

instead of grabbing fo all the junk food get a piece of fruit or a bowl of frozen fruit
