Ht. 5'4", Start: 183 lb, Today: 222 lb, Goal: 140 lb - today i had pizza in a whole wheat wrap with a juicebox for lunch,then for supper i had 2 pieces of chicken breast with instant potatoes and a scoop of stovetop dressing with water...i went to the gym for an hour & 1/2 mostly on the treadmill and lifting light weights,how did i do today?

i have till june 2nd to lose 10 lbs. because we are going to florida. Just concentrate on 1 pound a week. Don't think "I have to lose 10 lbs.", think "I have to lose 1 pound this week" It will make it a lot easier!

Absher- That was really rude. I respect your decision not to eat meat, but that doesn't mean that you should harrass someone because they don't share your beliefs. Irc- sounds like you did well, even with the "questionable" meat. ;) Like Catharine said, though, make sure you eat breakfast. IT'll really rev up your metabolism. Good luck! =)

what did u have for breakfast? If you skipped it, don't do that anymore! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it gets your metabolism going. It should also be the biggest meal and throughout the day, have your meals get smaller and smaller.
