Ht. 5'2", Start: 164 lb, Today: 152 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Hey guys its like 12:30 and this is what i had so far today... i had an english muffin with cream cheese for breakfast and for lunch a salad with pieces of chicken in it with strawberries. i'm going to the gym soon and will do 30 minutes of cardio and weight training. i'm going to have a subway salad for dinner. how does that sound ?
