Ht. 5'5", Start: 220 lb, Today: 220 lb, Goal: 175 lb - Hey,Im Jill i weigh like 220 pounds,i was wondering how to lose weight???? any info would be helpful! How much exercise should i get a day?? Has anyone ever tried slimfast?? im unsure about my goAL WEIGHT!

ok, you have to make sure you take in less calories than you burn. it really depends on your body, but try to limit yourself to 1500 calories a day. If you go over 1 day, don't let it slide into the next! Eat a lot less food your first week, and then your stomach will get smaller, and you will get full a lot easier. Don't starve yourself for the first week, but go light. Make sure you exercise AT LEAST 5x a week, for 30-60 min. For exercise ideas, go to sparkpeople.com/recources. GOOD LUCK!

Slimfast isn't good for a growning teen's body. We need different nutrients that are not in Slimfast and it won't keep you very full for very long. Just go healthy. (fruits, veggies, skim milk) goodluck!! ♥
