Ht. 5'7", Start: 240 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hey everyone. The whole jump roping for 30 minutes thing works wonders. I did that for my work out yesterday and lost a pound in one day!!! I was so happy. I was going to do it again today, but my calves are so incredibly sore that I wouldn't be able to.

You jump roped for 30 minutes straight? Thats a bit much... I remember when I got my skip it. I did 400 spins and for the next few days I couldnt walk. Don't do it that long. Do it for a few minutes and incorporate it into the rest of your workout.
