Ht. 5'4", Start: 280 lb, Today: 266 lb, Goal: 230 lb - I think maybe I'm aiming to high for my weight lost. Maybe i should just try losing 10 pounds a month instead of 12. Only reason why I aim for 12 is becuz right now I can cut back more since I weigh more but its hurting me. I always end up over eating!! Right now 1200 calories a day seems way to low for my body weight. TELL ME WHAT U ALL THINK??

slowly but surley is the best way 2 go..the faster u lose..the faster u gain it back =D

the more you weigh, the more easier it is to loose weight, so 12 a month would be good. shoot for 1500 calories, but don't use that as an excuse, only eat if your hungry

1200 might be a little too low for your current weight. Try this site- http://www.calorie-count.com/calories/calories-goal.php .
