Ht. 5'10", Start: 189 lb, Today: 188 lb, Goal: 180 lb - I'm doing really good today also! For breakfast I had half a bagel with a little peanut butter on it and a half a bowl of special k w/ 2 % milk. And for lunch I just had a turkey bagel sandwich with no cheese, a little mayo, and mustard. I also had a small side of chips and a tall glass of water!! I hope this will help me reach my goal!!!

Actually they say that the New York style bagels have 5 servings of bread. Your typical bagel that you buy in the plastic bag all stacked up don't have as much. I think it was pretty good. Try to get some more fruits and veggies in there somewhere. Try to have some with every meal. Good job!

You might want to ease up on the bagels. According to the nutritionists on Supersize Me, a bagel = 5 slices of bread. While the calories may be lower, it is still more of a grain serving than you need.
