You did a lot of strength trainin and while there's nothing wrong with that, if you're looking for a leaner look I would do less. I would also add more cardio. It doesn't necessarily have to be major but I like to get in atleast an hour a day. Try just taking a really long walk. I like to download the free podcasts off of itunes and then put them on my ipod and listen (or if you don't have one you can burn them onto CD's) and just take a nice long slow hour jog. I really don't go fast but I go just fast enough where I feel really good afterwards. So try that out and good luck!
