Ht. 5'3", Start: 158 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Breakfast-big bowl of special K with whole milk. Lunch-Arby's french dip with Medium curly fries and a medium Diet Dr. Pepper. Dinner- Lean Pocket, Glass of fat free milk, and an artichoke with Mayo. Exersise-none Someone help!! Say something that will click in my head because today was horrible and it's the best day I have had in the last 2 weeks!!

tehe. dont worry, I LOVE ARTICHOKES AND MAYO!!!!! lol. you need a day to take a day off sometimes. to tell you the truth, this is what happens:
if you are eating close to the same calories every day, then your matabolism gets used to it and stops burnging fat. it is good when you switch up your diet sometimes and have that peice of pie.

At least you've lost weight. You just have to keep pushing yourself to do the best you can. If you don't want to stick to your diet and be healthy that just tells you that you dont REALLY want it and your not ready to diet. So make sure your ready to give it everything you've got, because it's going to take work and time but your hard work WILL pay off I promise you. You just gotta get the ball rolling. Your work will motivate you. Just have a goal of doing really well for just one week and just see how good you'll feel.
