Ht. 5'7", Start: 240 lb, Today: 184 lb, Goal: 140 lb - So, I have decided officially now that I will start jogging in the mornings. This weekend I might try and buy a watch so I will know how long I run for. I'm actually really nervous. I'm going to have to keep telling myself to get up and do it because in the mornings, I never want to get up. But I feel like this is the only way that I will continue my weight loss. I was totally going to do the same, but I realized I am just too exhausted in the mornings, i need all of the sleep i can get! but i really admire you for trying, best wishes!
