Ht. 5'3", Start: 150 lb, Today: 156 lb, Goal: 115 lb - well guys...im really scared. We're having pizza for dinner and I'm really really hungry. I havent eaten much all day except for a giant choc. chip pancake in the morning.. :[
I'm really afraid that my parents are going to force me to eat more than i want to...and I'm really afraid that I'll just go buzzurk and start gobbling up anything I can find. Any tips?

You could make yourself something different for dinner. Get yourself excited about your meal so that you aren't tempted to eat any pizza. Like a yummy ceasar salad with non fat dressing or a low fat pasta dish. Anything healthy really. Or just limit yourself to one piece and have a salad with it.

You really should be eating more than one pancake. Eat healthier. If you eat more during the day, then you won't be as tempted to eat the unhealthy stuff.

just keep your goal in mind! when you want to have another slice take a big gulp of water. if you want to avoid it bad enough you will. good luck!
