Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 134 lb, Goal: 120 lb - hey!! try this! it makes an awesome lunch!
1 small whole wheat tortilla w/ cottage cheese and spices in it( w/e kind i use this cucumber stuff) and but vegetrables on it ( i do carrots and spinagh) and sunflower seeds( little bit) thats what i have 4 lunch every day and some kin of fruit or something!

try a whole wheat wrap with peanut butter and banana. It gives you one serving of grains, protein and fruit and taste rrrreeeaaallly good!

I have whole wheat wraps with turkey, low fat cheese and mustard....I LOVE WRAPS---did you know Subway got RID of their whole wheat wraps...now all they have is flour tortillas!!
