Ht. 5'8", Start: 230 lb, Today: 225 lb, Goal: 160 lb - HEY! I've now lost 5 pounds since Monday! On the Atkins Diet, ive never seen results like these before in my life. Im so proud of myself.. Heres what I Eat
Morning: 3 eggs w/ Cheese
Snack: celery w/ Peanut Butter
Lunch: Salad w/ boiled shredded chicken and fat free ranch
Snack: Celery w/ Peanut Butter
Dinner: Grilled Bell Pepper Stuff w/ Hamburger meat and green beans
Desert: Fat Free Cherry Popsicle!
And so far all i do is WALK a mile 4 times a week, and I get these great results. You should totally Try it!
