Ht. 5'6", Start: 189 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 160 lb - Ok, so over the past year, I've gradually lost weight, but not so much recently. I've gotten off track a bit, but I'm gonna get back into it with the motivation of #1 being healthier, but there is something else involved..... I will be in a fashion show in about 3 weeks. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME WITH LOSING THE FAT ON THE INNER THIGH and HOW CAN I LOSE WEIGHT QUICKLY?

Yeah, Hannah's right, you can't spot reduce, so you'll just have to do cardio to burn fat, and you won't get to pick where it decides to shrink. 1-2 pounds is the recommended amount of weight loss per week, so you could lose a good 3-6 pounds, possibly more.

well for fat on your inner thigh Basically the only thing you can do is cardio. Cardio helps for all over the body fat lose. The most weight you could lose in 3 weeks is like 9 pounds...but probaly even less. good luck
