Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 130 lb - So here's what I did today. Breakfast: healthy choice cereal w/!% milk & a kiwi; Lunch: Subway 6-inch turkey sub on wheat w/cheese & veggies & honey mustard & a pack of apple slices & flavored water; Snack: pretzels; Dinner: a bunch of chow mein & teryaki chicken & veggies & diet pepsi; Excercise: I just did a lot of walking today; How did I do? Is that bad?

you should try and stay away from soda even diet becuz it's filled with artifical sweetners, colors, and flavors. It also causes weak bones and cellulite (ewww gross!).

Sounds pretty good, but how was your dinner prepared? Did you get it from a restaurant? They don't always cook their chinese in the best oils. If you prepared it yourself healthily in good oils and sauces, then it sounds like a really great, yummy supper.
