Ht. 5'1", Start: 160 lb, Today: 156 lb, Goal: 115 lb - My parents got all mad at me tonight because we were deciding what we were going to get for dinner, and they wanted chinese but i didnt (because its really high in fat, calories and sodium) and they were like "you're being so restrictive, eating chinese food one night is not going to hurt you." and all this other crap. it makes me so mad because they're getting mad at me for trying to be healthy!! wtf??
but i ate wayyy too much today because i was bored. does anyone have any tips on how to curb your hunger?

That would really aggravate me. They should be proud that you want to eat healthy. It wouldn't hurt for one night, but save that night for something that you really want.

9 things u should do to delay hunger.
1. take a bath
2. read a health magizine
3. make a cup of tea
4. listen 2 music
5. give urself a mani/pedi
6. call a friend
7. take a walk
8. meditate
9. read a book

fyi chinese food is usually fairly good for you if you don't have a huge portion. at least it's better than italian or mexican food.

someone just gave me advise to just eat little things that are low in fat throughout the day. and you can also try drinking a glass of water before each meal because it makes you feel more full.
