Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 134 lb, Goal: 120 lb - i need to lose 20 lbs!! i really need 2, i work out and (usually lol mpstly all the time) eat rite. my big sister said if i dont eat 2000 calories a day my metabulism ios slow!!! she just told me that and idk, im not goanna eat that much, ill feel 2 guilty, what do ya'll think?? please reply!

Unfortanitly ur sister is right. If ur BMI is over 26 and ur 13-15 you need to eat 2,000 calories a day. the key is to get the right amount of each food group and work off more calories then you eat. BTW don't go over board with not eating ur favorite foods. You can still eat them you just have to watch ur portion sizes. good luck!!
