Ht. 5'9", Start: 176 lb, Today: 174 lb, Goal: 140 lb - i was doing good today but then i had two pieces of a dark chocolate toblerone bar....but then i ran a mile, walked .75 miles, 30 minutes on stairmaster and 10 minutes on bike plus 15 minutes of muscle working exercises...and i ate tons of fruits and veggies so i hope its ok

that's great..don't worry about the chocolate..nd it was dark chocolate which has antioxidants

It's ok to have some favorite foods every now and then, but your exercise was GREAT!! I wish I could do something like that. Not that I can't, I just choose not to cuz I'm lazy, but yes, good job!! :)

1. Dark chocolate is good for your heart and instead of over exersicing for two peices of chocolate u could have checked the serving sizes and just worked out a few more calories then you ate.
