Everyday you should have 3 fruit servings, 6 protien servings, 3 dairy servings, 2 veggie servings, 6 grain servings, 5 fat servings and 2 snack servings. Ask ur mom in the morning if she knows what she's making for dinner so u can save ur calories and servings for dinner. Good Luck! :)
