Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 182 lb, Goal: 125 lb - This weight loss is agratvating. This is what I had Breakfast cereal and water. For lunch, sandwhich, 100 cal pak some puppy chow and like 2 bites out of a 100 cal bar. For supper 1 1/2 servings of some hamburger and macroni, mashed potatoes, water, 2 servings of beans, and a meatloaf the size of my palm and for dessert a small piece of ice cream cake. for exercse 20 min walking and 10 min or more of pilates and Billy Banks. puppy chow is amazing!!! its like chex cereal with chocolate and peanut butter and powdered sugar...not good for you at all hahah but tastes delicious!
