Ht. 5'3", Start: 218 lb, Today: 208 lb, Goal: 150 lb - I've strayed a lot from the diet and exercise world... I don't really know what I should eat or anything or how I should exercise.... want to lose some weight though... but I am not really active or motivated about it.... don't know what to do... but I can do just about anything... I got a job, so I can buy my own food and stuff... what should I do to start out a new diet and exercise plan???

i mean to lose weight you NEED motivation. just think of a skinnier, healthier, happier, lovlier you. and the two keys are REALLY just as simple as this
1)burn more calories than you take in
2) drink LOTS of water
