I just started this weight loss thing because i found out last week by my doctor that I have some issues with my heart. So any advice as to how to lose it as quick as i can? i really need help, because i dont want anything to happen to me!!! help me plz!!
Reply from Whitney, Age 17 - 05/01/07 - IP#: 207.28.183.xxx I hate to break it to u hun, but the best way to lose weight is to not lose it to fast because then u have a higher chance of not being able to keep it off, my best advice is to just start slow, maybe by cutting out fried food, pop, or whatever u think is necessary then go from there, if ur not doing any physical activity jsut start by walking for 20 min a day, trust me even though this doesn't seem like much, u will see results!
