Ht. 5'9", Start: 230 lb, Today: 210 lb, Goal: 170 lb - So I have been on this site off and on for a while now. I was dedicated and worked hard to lose 20 pounds. Keeping it off has been easy and i'm pretty lucky ( i have been eating pretty bad and not excercising at all for the past almost 6 months. Though I havent ate any fast food for the entire month of april) I'm trying to get back into the groove of things. What is everyones workout routine?

hey my brother's name is david too but he has an intirely different probelm. he keeps on losing weight and he needs to gain weight to stay heathly.

I typically try and jump rope or play badminton. On the weekends, I try to walk around with friends. I also try to get some weight lifting in there somewhere.

Wow lucky u! LoL! Thats so awesome that u havn't ate fast food in like a month, thats definetly a goal for me but its so hard just b/c i go out with my friends so much and its so easy! I'm a really bad person to ask about exercising becasue i'm kinda out of the swing of things, but i lift everyday for like an hour but then i used to go to the gym everyday for like 1.5 hours but my membership just expired...lol, but i'm doing pilates everyday, and when i don't run i'm gonna start running becasue its getting so nice outside! ;)
