Ht. 5'0", Start: 136 lb, Today: 128 lb, Goal: 117 lb - I need better ideas of what to eat for lunch that's healthy and yummy at school. Today I am bringing money to buy lunch- I hope I find something somewhat healthy. I'll probably get a salad but I always worry about salad dressings because they are so fatty and I just don't know if it's reduced fat or full-fat dressing and I get embarassed to ask.

a tip...instead of pouring your dressing on your salad. dip your fork in the dressing instead you cut a lot of calories and you don't have to give up your favorite dressing

At my school everything is fat reduced they make us walk everyday its so fun but i guess i need it.

I'm guessing that they are full fat. If possible I would bring my own lunch. At least, that's what I am planning on doing next year, when I go back to normal school.
