Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 182 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Ok this is what I had today.Breakfast cereal no milk, and a banana 200 calories total and water. For snack a cupcake and a m&m's. For lunch a sandwhich, fiber bar and another cereal bar and water. For supper 8 chickem mcnuggets with sweet and sour, one apple pie and water. For exercses 20 min soccer, 15 min cat and mouse, and 30 min badminton. How did I do or do I need to do more exercese?

The breakfast was good just make sure you are eating healthy cereal...and put skim milk in that cereal it's good for you. Cupcake and m&ms? Not good. Allow yourself a small treat everyday just fit it into your calories. Lunch, that was all carbs. You need to eat more fruits and veggies! The chicken nuggets were OKAY but not great, next time get a chicken salad- apple pie...that's really bad...excercise sounds good though.....good luck...

Your eating wasn't too great, but it wasn't horrible. Your exercise is really good. Badminton is the best. : ) lol
