I pretty much eat the same things over and over again (for example: for the past couple of days i've been eating 4 strawberries, some cottage cheese and a hard boiled egg for breakfast). Anyone have any meal or snack ideas that are healthy ?? Thanks and keep up the good work everyone :)
Reply from Anna, Age 16 - 05/03/07 - IP#: 216.167.223.xxx I enjoy having a white omlete for breakfast. a white omlete is mostly is made up of egg whites, I useally do one whole egg ( with yolk) and then two whites. (whites have fewer calories, but still has protein!) then a serving of any type of cheese, its nice light and fluffy, and fills you up. also they have microwaveable self serving packets of salmon thats really really good, I have those everyone and awhile, lots of good nutrients and only 100 calories, pretty good deal if you ask me.
Reply from nicole, Age 17 - 05/02/07 - IP#: 72.193.168.xxx light yogurts, whole wheat cherrios- if u have an albertsons or walmart near by they carry these bagels called western bagels that are really healthy for you and taste amazing plus they are onyl 25 carbs for the whole bagle ( a normal bagel is anywhere from 50-75 carbs)
