Ht. 5'0", Start: 136 lb, Today: 128 lb, Goal: 117 lb - So I'm posting my daily stuff now. Breakfast: honey nut cheerios w/1% milk & a banana; Lunch: oriental chicken salad w/dressing & peach juice; Snack: grapes & 2 pickles; Dinner: turkey w/gravy & mashed potatoes & salad w/fat-free italian dressing & 1% milk; Dessert: orange ice-cream bar; Excercise: 20 minutes cross-trainer and 5 minutes stationary bike......What do you think? Give me feedback...and rate my day on a 1-10 scale....Thanks!! =)

You did good. I try to get around 1500 calories as well. For your day, I'd rate you at an 8-9. Good job!

I ate like 1,520 calories total, is that too much????
