Excercise: Ran 1 mile, about 10 minutes of dancing aerobics, 30 minutes of walking, and then 30 minutes swimming. How did I do and what can I do to do better?

So maybe think of something else to have, or just REALLY make sure you dont go overboard with the amount of, especially, peanut butter. but otherwise good work!
