Should I stop logging it and just try to be super healthy without writing it down??? It has helped me but I'm sick of it!

Reply from Alyssia, Age 17 - 05/04/07 - IP#: 165.139.169.xxx I'd say to not write it down for a week or two. If you gain weight, then it's best to go back to counting calories. But if you do fine, then don't do it. You have to make this lifestyle yours. Do what you like, but be careful with your choices. I read some where that people who write down their calories daily typically lost more weight, or kept the weight off longer. But, that does not mean that it always happens that way.
