Ht. 5'7", Start: 220 lb, Today: 220 lb, Goal: 175 lb - Okay so I've been eating awesome for about a week now, fruits veggies, water green tea, lean chicken and the occasional eggs for breakfast... and i've even been walking everywhere but the DAMN scale just won't budge! Well, to be fair my bfs scale is a digital and it says i've lost about 3 pounds (i dunno how reliable it is though) but my scale which isn't a digital says i haven't lost a freakin pound!! please guys tell me what you're doing to lose all this weight.. i feel helpless sometimes like i should just give up or stop eating. And i've never been pro-anorexia but im afraid all this discouragement will lead to me starving myself. help?

Have you tried other methods of measuring you weight loss? like measurements? do you have any old clothes you want to try and fit back into? thats what I do. the scale isn't always the most reliable way to measure you're success. try measuring you're self, I find it a tad more exciting to see I lost and Inch rather than a pound. but thats just me.

totally been there dw i was stuck at like 178 for like a month! so i just stepped up the intensity of my exercise and they started 2 come off again
